(“East Isles Re”) is an exempted limited liability company licensed in Bermuda as a class 3 insurer and registered under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000 (the “SAC Act”). East Isles Re develops captive insurance programs, which offer employers the opportunity to potentially reduce the cost of their insurance.

East Isles Re does not have any representatives or agents in the United States.

Captive Insurance

Captive Insurance Companies are insurance companies created to insure (or reinsure) the risks of their owners. A group captive is set up to insure (or reinsure) the risks of multiple employers. Captive insurance is an alternative form of risk management that is becoming a more practical and popular means through which companies can protect themselves financially while having more control over how they are insured.
